My husband and I launched a travel blog to document our adventures, combining our strengths to create a unique space for others to explore. Together, we brainstormed the name, then divided the tasks that best suited our individual skills. I focused on the logo, website design, and photography, while he took charge of creating the written content.
Strategy
In October 2021, we sold our house and decided to embrace remote work, seeking out warmer weather along the way. Our goal was to create a platform where readers could not only follow our “Workcation” journey but also access tips on how to travel lightly, find the best deals, discover great places to stay, and more.
Execution
We worked closely together, reviewing and approving each other’s work throughout the process. As the lead on the design and photography, I poured my expertise into crafting the logo, building the website, and capturing the visuals that tell our story.
