Strategy

Create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for Subaru owners by making the Subaru Gear website more visually dynamic and easy to navigate. By improving product discoverability and showcasing gear that fits the Subaru lifestyle, we’ll encourage more exploration, stronger connections, and higher conversions. Through better organization, compelling visuals, and a user-friendly design, we’ll bring the spirit of adventure to every customer’s shopping journey.

In addition to the homepage redesign, I reimagined the static pages for a more intuitive and engaging experience.

Challenge: The previous site housed two separate pages overloaded with information, making it difficult for users to navigate and absorb key details.

Solution: I streamlined the experience by introducing a central landing page with concise, high-level information. From there, users can seamlessly explore two dedicated sections—Earth Conscious and Giveback Gear—allowing for a more digestible and user-friendly journey.
